(1) 59°57.11 'N 22°22.93'E Högsåra
(2) 60°11.24 'N 22°17.43'E Attu

The restriction does not apply to traf?c which is necessary in order to perform of?cial duties, emergency and rescue operations, or for any other corresponding reason. The restriction does not apply to commuter ferries, vessels crossing the closed channel section or to the activities of the Defence Forces.
